Where to do it: Glasgow Green

How to do it: Put your chest or your shoulder over one of the rails to sustain your upper body, then put one foot on the opposite rail. You can break with your hands.
Whenever you feel ready put your second foot on the rail, beware though you will start to slide faster. You must keep your body in a right angle to the railing. At the end break with your hands and get the front leg first down to the ground.

Care: Make sure that the distance between the two rails is shorter than your lenght, be prepared to jump to the center if something goes wrong.
